20120515 好久没有开会这么晚了
最近经营事情比较多,日常工作转到通过交付业务的各个点去抓效率提升顺带降低成本,象管理会这种会议久不参加,这个会议还是冗长,在绩效导向的体系下真的没人关注与绩效考评无直接关联的东东,当然领导的印象还是很重要。
今天看sony亏损的新闻,绩效文化对短期目标的执着和对工作本身激情de消失对组织长远发展的影响不可小觑
